SAUSAGE-SPINACH PIE | |
8 links sweet Italian sausage 6 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 2 pkgs. frozen spinach (chopped spinach), cook according to pkg. directions and drain 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic 2 deep dish pie shells and 2 reg. pie shells Saute sausage and drain the grease. Combine sausage with all other ingredients. Pour into deep dish shells and then cover the top with the regular shells. Bake at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. (This makes two pies. One can be frozen and used later.) |
