JOHNIE BAIRD'S SAUSAGE SPINACH
PIE
 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage, well browned
6 eggs (save 1 yolk to brush on crust)
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach, thawed & well drained
16 oz. shredded Mozzarella
2/3 c. Ricotta (8 oz.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Mix together and pour into pie crust. Brush top crust with mixture of egg yolks and 1 tablespoon water. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Serves 8.
