MRS. C'S SAUSAGE AND SPINACH PIE 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage links, chopped
6 eggs
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2/3 c. Ricotta (8 oz.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
Frozen pie crust

Cook sausage until well browned, drain. Combine everything, pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Good cold too!
