SAUSAGE PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed & well drained
6 eggs
16 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. ricotta
Salt, pepper & garlic powder (approx. 1/8 tsp. each)
1 pkg. pizza dough

Take sausage out of casing cut up and fry until well browned. Then drain. In large bowl, mix spinach, 5 eggs, ricotta, Mozzarella, sausage and seasonings. Put mixture into deep pie dish.

Roll out pizza dough to fit over mixture, cut 2 or 3 small holes in top and bake approximately 1 1/2 hours until browned at 375 degrees.
