SAUSAGE AND SPINACH PIE | |
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cooked & chopped 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 6 eggs, beaten 2/3 c. Ricotta cheese (can use cottage cheese to be economical) Mix all ingredients and place in 2 (9") pie shells. I put a top crust on the pies, but it can also be made without. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
