SAUSAGE AND SPINACH PIE 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage links, chopped
4 - 5 eggs
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
16 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2/3 c. ricotta cheese (1/2 a 16 oz. container)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Pie crust

Cook sausages about 10 minutes. Spoon off fat. Combine all ingredients and place in pie shell. Brush pie with egg and 1 tablespoon water. Decorate with remaining bits of crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 109 minutes before serving.
