SPINACH AND SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 Stouffer's spinach souffle, thawed
1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
2 eggs
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped finely
2 tbsp. milk
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained

Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees until middle sets (at least 30 minutes).
