2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thaw & squeeze out all juice
1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked & crumbled
1 1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 deep dish pie shells

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Pour half into each shell. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 1 hour or until firm in center.
