CHEESE SPINACH SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 lb. Italian sausage, chopped
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2/3 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
9 inch pie pastry
6 eggs

Brown sausage, drain. In a large bowl, mix eggs with other ingredients. Spoon into pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
