SPINACH SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh wash spinach
9 sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 lg. ripe avocado

DRESSING:

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground fresh pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 med. onion, finely chopped

Chill all salad ingredients. Slice avocado just before serving. Dress and toss. Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake thoroughly. Chill until ready to use.
