ORANGE PARFAIT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1/2 c. orange sections
1/2 c. apples, chopped
1/2 c. whipped topping

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until Jello starts to thicken. Remove any unmelted ice. Layer Jello in parfait glasses with fruit and whipped topping. Chill. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
