APPLE WALNUT BREAD 
3 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 diced apples
1/2 c. walnuts
1 egg
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. oil

Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon into a large bowl; stir in apples and walnuts to mix well.

In a small bowl, mix together well, milk, egg and oil. Pour into flour mixture all at once. Mix evenly until moist. Pour into 2 (8 1/2 x 4 x 4) loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
