INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) soft Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into cup cake pan lined with paper cups; in which you have placed a vanilla wafer (round side down) in each cup. Divide into 17 cakes only. DO not try to get more or less. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. When cooked, peel off paper and top with your choice of pie filling (cherry or blueberry).
