INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. vanilla wafers

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix first four ingredients until blended well. Put cupcake wrappers in cupcake tins, set vanilla wafer flat side down in papers. Fill 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake 15 minutes. Cool and top with cherry pie filling or desired filling. Refrigerate.
