MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN 
2 whole chicken breasts, boned & split
1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage links, sliced 1/4" thick
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Del Monte original style stewed tomatoes
1 green pepper, cut in chunks
1 can (17 oz.) Del Monte whole kernel golden sweet corn, drain
1 tbsp. cornstarch

In large skillet, lightly brown sausage; push to side. Add chicken; brown. Drain. Stir in tomatoes and vegetables; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 tablespoon of water. Stir into chicken mixture. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through. Serves 4.
