ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
COMBINE:

6 sm. green zucchini, sliced
3 sm. yellow squash, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sweet basil
2 tbsp. sugar

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Dot with butter and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Uncover and bake about 10 minutes more.
