BEER BATTER PANCAKES 
3 c. Krusteez Buttermilk Pancake mix
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lg. eggs
1/4 can of Rainier beer
Some milk

Put pancake mix in large bowl and add oil, eggs and beer. Add enough milk so that when you mix the batter with a whisk it becomes thin enough to pour, (but not too thin!) Be sure all lumps are gone. Pour desired size pancakes on preheated (medium high) griddle. Cook until light brown on both sides and cooked inside. Feeds 4 to 6.
