CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 cakes packaged yeast
1 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
7-8 c. flour

Pour warm water over yeast; stir. Let stand 10 minutes. Scald milk and cool until lukewarm. Cream butter, sugar and salt. Add eggs and nutmeg. Add milk and yeast mixture. Blend well, then add 3 cups flour; beat until smooth. Add butter mixture and enough flour to make medium soft dough (3-4 cups). Let dough rise in bulk. Let rise double (1 1/2 hours). Work down and roll out. Add melted butter, cinnamon and sugar. Roll up. Slice 1 inch thick. Let stand 1 hour. Bake 20 minutes in 400 degree oven.

ICE WITH:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Milnot

Boil 1 minute; add 2 teaspoons vanilla.
