KELLY'S EASY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz. ea.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
buttered bread crumbs

Note: You can use fresh cooked broccoli instead of frozen.

SAUCE:

1 egg
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Combine sauce ingredients.

Butter bottom of casserole dish. Layer broccoli and sauce, starting with broccoli and ending with sauce. Cover top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until sauce puffs up and is not liquidy in the center.
