1 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. piece of garlic
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. oil
1 lemon, peeled
1 c. vinegar
2 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Piece of jalapeno for taste
Salt to taste

Cut onion, garlic and pepper in saucepan. Melt butter and mix in oil. Saute this for awhile then add sliced lemon, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Then add vinegar and water. Simmer about 1 hour.
