BASTING SAUCE FOR BARBEQUE 
1 tbsp. Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning
1 tbsp. Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. Karo Light Syrup
1 tbsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce

Combine all ingredients. Stir until well blended. Spread sauce on meat and cook as usual. Works best on smoker or indirect heat cooker.
