CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, whipped or 1 env. Dream Whip, whipped
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream (or Dream Whip). Pour into baked 9 inch pastry shell (or graham cracker crust). Add almond extract to cherry filling and spoon over cheese layer. Chill until set, several hours or overnight. Serves 6.
