MACARONI CHEDDAR SALAD 
3 c. med. shell macaroni (10 oz.)
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain rinse with cold water. Drain and set aside. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and milk; stir in pickle relish, vinegar, mustard and salt.

Toss together cooled macaroni, cheese, celery, green pepper and onion. Pour sour cream mixture over all; toss lightly to mix. (Salad will appear quite moist.) Chill several hours or overnight. Makes 12 servings.
