PEPPER RICE 
2 green peppers
1 med. onion
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. hamburger
Salt
Pepper

Brown hamburger over low heat; drain fat. Cut peppers into 2-inch chunks and parboil (save some for onions and dice). Saute onions in small amounts of fat from hamburger. Add remaining peppers and cook until tender. Add soup and 1/2 can water. Simmer over low heat.
