CINNAMON APPLESAUCE MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water (7-Up or orange juice may also be used)
1 c. applesauce
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Mandarin orange slices (opt.)

Dissolve 1 package orange Jello in 1 cup boiling water; stir in 3/4 cup cold water (or 7-Up or juice if preferred). Pour into 6 cup size mold. Chill until nearly firm, adding mandarin orange slices if desired. Meanwhile, dissolve remaining package of Jello in 3/4 cup boiling water, blend in applesauce into which cinnamon has been mixed, then stir in sour cream. Chill in bowl until mixture starts to thicken. Spoon into mold. Chill until firm, about 3 hours, before unmolding.
