CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings (clip off tips)
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. molasses
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced

Mix all of the above and let stand at room temperature for a few hours. Add wings, cover. Refrigerate all day or overnight. Mix occasionally. Line cookie sheet with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. (Can use boneless breasts and cook on grill.)
