CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings, each cut into three parts
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Accent or MSG
1/2 c. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. Accent or MSG
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. chicken broth
4 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash salt
Sesame seeds, opt.

Boil wing tips; reserve broth. Mix garlic salt and teaspoon Accent and sprinkle on wing parts. Let stand about one hour. Coat with cornstarch and brown in hot oil. Mix together all the other ingredients, except sesame seeds, and heat until sugar is dissolved. Arrange wings in single layer in baking dish. Pour sauce over. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, turning every 15 minutes. Sprinkle sesame seeds over glazed wings.
