CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. white sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Mix vinegar, sugars, ginger, soy sauce and garlic. Pour over wings in heavy plastic bag or covered pan. Marinate at least 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
