CHINESE WINGS 
12-16 chicken wings
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. sugar

Place wings in baking dish. Combine other ingredients; pour over wings. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Turn heat to 300 degrees. Bake for 2 more hours.
