CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS
3 lb. chicken wings
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. white sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. ground ginger
2 garlic cloves, chopped and crushed

Disjoint wings and discard the tips. Stir the soy sauce, vinegar, sugars, ginger and garlic together in a bowl. Put the wing pieces in a heavy plastic bag and pour on the marinate. Close the bag and put in a bowl to hold the juices on the wings. Let this sit a minimum of 2 hours (best overnight). Pour bag contents into a 13 x 9 inch cake pan with no wings touching.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 10 to 12.
