CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lbs. raw chicken wings
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 packet Sweet 'n Low
1 tsp. fresh ginger
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
3-4 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Let marinate overnight. Deep fat fry 5-10 minutes in 375 degree oil. Drain well.

As good or better than ANY Chinese takeout. Simple ingredients, no MSG! Highly recommended deep frying. Recipe can marinate up to 4 pounds of wings using 4 tablespoons soy sauce and have substituted ground ginger for fresh to keep it simple.
