BLENDER BANANA BREAD 
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
2 ripe bananas, cut
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Into container of blender put eggs, fat, bananas and sugar. Cover and blend until smooth (about 20 seconds). Mix flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar in bowl. Pour contents of container over flour mixture. Mix gently to combine. Pour into greased 8"x4" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cool on rack.
