BLENDER BANANA BREAD 
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
2 ripe bananas, cut
3/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt

Put eggs, bananas, shortening, and sugar in blender for about 1 minute until blended and liquified. Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Pour wet ingredients over dry mix. Mix ingredients together with a fork. Pour into greased 4"x8" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to a hour.
