BLENDER CHEESE PIE 
3 whole eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 lb. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Grated lemon rind
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
Dash vanilla

Put eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and lemon rind into blender. Bake in large ungreased pyrex pie plate for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven; spread with mixture of sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Bake for 5 minutes at 425 degrees. Cool and refrigerate.
