CINNAMON FROSTED ZUCCHINI BARS 
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. nuts

Generously greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Stir together flour and baking powder, set aside. In large bowl, beat butter with mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds. Add sugars and beat until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.

Stir in flour mixture. Fold in nuts, coconut and zucchini. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Ice with frosting below.

CINNAMON FROSTING:

In large mixer bowl beat 2 cups sifted powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Frost zucchini bars.
