CINNAMON FROSTED ZUCCHINI BARS 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Beat together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in flour and baking powder. Add zucchini, coconut, and walnuts. Spread in a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with cinnamon frosting.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
