CINNAMON FROSTED ZUCCHINI BARS 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
3/4 c. walnuts
1 c. coconut

1. Use 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan.

2. Stir together flour and baking powder.

3. Beat butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture. Stir in zucchini, coconut and nuts. Spread in pan evenly.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

5. Cool - drizzle with Cinnamon Frosting.

FROSTING:

2 c. 10X sugar
2 tbsp. milk or more
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
