2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
4 egg yolks
4 c. sweet milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

In double boiler cook sugar and flour. Add eggs and milk; stir until thick. Add vanilla and coconut.

MERINGUE:

4 egg whites
Pinch of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. sugar
