COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. grated coconut
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
4 eggs, leave out 3 whites for meringue
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tbsp. flour

Mix and pour in unbaked pie shell; top with meringue. Bake in oven for 30 minutes on 375 degrees. Check periodically. Makes 2 pies.

To make egg custard, leave out coconut and use all eggs.
