KRISPY KRUNCHIES 
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. crispy rice cereal

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cheeses, flour, butter and cereal. Form into balls the size of walnuts, place balls on cookie sheet 1" apart. Bake 10 minutes. Let cool.
