TOMATOES, CORN AND OKRA 
1 lb. frozen cut okra
1 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 tbsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (28 oz.) can peeled tomatoes

In a saucepan, cook onions and peppers in bacon drippings until tender, stir in sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Add tomatoes, okra and corn. Cook and stir until slightly thickened and bubbly. Excellent served over rice.
