FISH AND CHIPS | |
2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. salt Water White vinegar Mix flour and water to make a thick paste. Add all dry ingredients, then add enough vinegar and stir so mixture is thick enough to stick to the fish. Dip pieces of fish in the mixture and deep fry. Serve with French fries. |
