FISH AND CHIPS 
2 c. potato chips, crushed
6 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. onion
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, except 1 cup of potato chips. Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle remaining potato chips over top. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Yield: 6 servings.
