TUNA - CHIP CASSEROLE | |
2 cans tuna fish 1 can pimento, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 6 or so mushrooms or 1 can 1/2 lb. potato chips 6 tbsp. flour 6 tbsp. butter 3 c. milk 1 tsp. salt Brown mushrooms and green pepper in butter. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, milk, and salt. Pour over other ingredients. Bake in greased casserole for 20-30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 6-8. |
