DEVIL CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. med. sized shells
1/2 stick butter
1 lg. carton sour cream
1 lg. can deviled ham
1 egg
1 pkg. Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. potato chips, crushed
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
2 tbsp. minced onion flakes

Cook and drain shells. Return to pan, add butter, toss and set aside. In a small bowl combine sour cream, deviled ham and egg. Add to shells and mix thoroughly. In a large greased bowl place half of shell mixture. Cover with half of cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with half of potato chips and half of the bacon. Repeat layers: shells, cheese, chips, bacon. Sprinkle with minced onion and dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
