CORNED BEEF AND CHIP CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 to 2 c. wide noodles, broken and cooked 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 sm. can evaporated milk 1 (7 oz.) can corned beef 1 c. American cheese, grated 1/3 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. potato chips, broken Mix noodles, soup, milk, corned beef, cheese, and onion. Pour into 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Top with chips. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 4. |
