CORN CHIP CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, sliced
2 c. hot water
1 sm. bag corn chips
3 tbsp. flour
Chili powder, as desired
10 - 12 oz. pkg. grated cheese, your choice

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef in skillet; add hot water and flour. Cook until thickened. Add chili powder. In casserole dish, alternate layers of beef mixture, onions, cheese and chips; repeat, ending with chips on top. Brown in oven until chips are browned.
