SHAULL SALMON CHOWDER 
2 c. canned salmon with liquid
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. canned tomatoes
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk

Combine salmon, salmon liquid, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, celery seed and boiling water. Bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes until potatoes are done. In another saucepan, melt butter; add flour and seasonings. Cook 1 minute. Stir in milk; cook stirring constantly until thickened. Add salmon mixture and heat. Serves 6.
