PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries

Mix pretzels, melted butter and sugar. Press in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool.

Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until combined. Stir in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries. Let stand 10 minutes and stir. Pour on top of cheese mixture and chill. Can be served as a dessert.
