3 c. grated zucchini
1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg
1 garlic clove, minced
1 c. green onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well, drop by spoon in oiled pan. Fry until brown. Serves 6.
